Your Package Includes
Pre-departure Service:
- The services of a personal Wedding Planner located in Italy from time of booking
- Pre-wedding meeting with your in-resort wedding coordinator shortly after your arrival
- Attendance of an in-resort wedding coordinator at your wedding ceremony on your wedding day
- Celebrant to perform your symbolic ceremony
- Confirmation of the date and time of your wedding
- Detailed Wedding Confirmation Pack outlining all the important information about your destination wedding
- Assistance from wedding concierge to book wedding extras and customize your celebration.
In-resort Service:
Ceremony and Reception up to 20 People
- Renting of the ceremony & reception venue
- Celebrant
- Memorabilia certificate
- A hand-tied posy for the bride and a buttonhole for the groom (colour/s of your choice)
- Flower arch, table decoration and rose petals seasonal flowers/greenery.
- White seasonal flowers/greenery for aisle chairs.
- White carpet
- Chiavarina chairs for ceremony only
- Guitar & Mandolin player during ceremony
- 3 continuous hours professional photographer service – digitally transferred.
- Wedding car (usually Mercedes) from hotel to Castore ceremony for Bride +1 – one way only.
- Transportation for Groom & guests from Sorrento – a central pick-up point to Castore for wedding party prior to the ceremony (arrival for guests is usually 20 minutes prior to the event).
- Transportation for all the wedding party from Castore at one given time at end of reception (departing no later than 23.45 hrs) to Sorrento central drop off point.
- A Welcome Flute on arrival at Castore prior to the ceremony.
- A flute of Prosecco & Canapés/Finger food immediately after the ceremony (usually up to 90 minutes).
- Reception venue set up.
- Wedding reception meal–as detailed below including 1/4 bottle of local wine & water per person during meal*
- Wedding cake (Italian style) – 1 / 2 tier
- DJ for up to 4 hours after formal meal – concluding usually half an hour prior to end of reception, and finishing no later than 23.30 hrs (our package conclusion of DJ is at 23.15 hrs). Excluding SIAE royalties’ tax – fee payable locally in cash €350.00.
- Taxes for all the above at current % rate
Upgrade to Luxury Package to Also Receive
- 2 extra male buttonholes (Best man & Father of Bride)
- 2 bridesmaid posies to match bride
- 3 continuous hours professional videographer service – the footage taken will then be stylishly edited and put to music, the finished video will capture the highlights of your wedding ceremony and first part of wedding reception (finished product various in duration according to each wedding party but as aguideline around 6 / 8 minutes) leaving you with a romantic & emotional video – digitally transferred.
- Bridal hair and make-up (no trial)
- Sunset cruise for the Bride & Groom only – 2 hours with Prosecco (Monday to Friday – not necessarily on wedding day)

- Standard Package for up to 20 people from $16,899 USD

Package Specific Terms & Conditions:
- Castore is located in the hills above Sorrento (close to S. Agata village). Return transportation is included up to 23.10hrs.
- Should wedding parties wish to remain after 23.30 hrs, this is possible but only with background music and leaving Castore at 00.15 hrs, with Coach transfer at 00.30 hrs – however, transportation after 23.45 hrs is not part of the package and will be quoted ad hoc on a bespoke basis and prices after this time could be considerably high.
- Maximum wedding party size: 100
- *€375 SIAE supplement – payable locally and subject to change
- **Children have a separate child’s menu, which differs from adult menus and does not include drinks.
General Terms & Conditions
Pricing and packages are based on symbolic wedding ceremonies. Legal weddings are available at additional cost. All pricing based on 2024 wedding dates; 2025 wedding dates will incur a 10% surcharge.
A 30% Deposit is required to confirm your wedding date, unless noted differently within the Package Specific Terms and Conditions. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable once the wedding date is confirmed.
Wedding packages are provided by Perfect Weddings Abroad (PWA), which is a sister company to Destination Weddings Travel, Inc. and are available to residents of the USA and Canada exclusively through DestinationWeddings.com. To book a PWA wedding package, travel arrangements for the wedding couple and guests (hotel accommodations at minimum) must be booked via your DestinationWeddings.com specialist.
