Package Specific Terms & Conditions:
- Buffet menus available at additional cost
- Please note that there could be another wedding happening at the same time. Sectioned off area and dividers will be provided in that case.
- The venue does not guarantee the location where your formal meal will be taking place until pre-wedding meeting, but you can pre-book the garden area paying for a minimum of 30 guaranteed adults, fees as follows
Hire Fee of The Garden Area:
- Must have 30 adults guaranteed at the time of the reservation with one of the all-inclusive menus + £750.00 hire fee (payment of hire fee is required at the time of booking)
- Must have 40 adults guaranteed at the time of the reservation with one of the all-inclusive menus + £500.00 hire fee (payment of hire fee is required at the time of booking)
General Terms & Conditions
Pricing and packages are based on symbolic wedding ceremonies. Legal weddings are available at additional cost. All pricing based on 2024 wedding dates; 2025 wedding dates will incur a 10% surcharge.
A 30% Deposit is required to confirm your wedding date, unless noted differently within the Package Specific Terms and Conditions. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable once the wedding date is confirmed.
Wedding packages are provided by Perfect Weddings Abroad (PWA), which is a sister company to Destination Weddings Travel, Inc. and are available to residents of the USA and Canada exclusively through DestinationWeddings.com. To book a PWA wedding package, travel arrangements for the wedding couple and guests (hotel accommodations at minimum) must be booked via your DestinationWeddings.com specialist. All prices and conditions are subject to change without notice prior to the signing of a PWA wedding contract. See PWA’s full booking terms and conditions here.
